Degrassi:  The Next Generation
(Of Shitty Television)

Well, unless you've been living under a rock for the last few years, or you're over the age of 18 and don't have teenage kids, you've probably heard of a crappy little show called "Degrassi".  It appears almost nightly on "The N".  If you haven't seen "Degrassi" yet, just bypass this article, the stupid name of the channel it's on tells you the whole story.  If you have seen it, keep reading!  I might just piss you off.

"Degrassi" is a show about a bunch of teenagers, and all the shit they have to go through.  Supposedly, the appeal of this show is that kids can relate to it, because it's similar to real life, which, of course, is a royal crock of shit.  In real life, the badass drunk doesn't go out with the goody-goody liberal.  In real life, girls don't wear thongs that go up to their belly buttons.  In real life, the nice guy never gets the popular girl.  Get the picture?

I've got an idea for a Degrassi spinoff.  It's called "Degrassi:  Real Life".  In this show, the badass drunk guy is a loser, and gets laid by the badass drunk girl, but neither of them remember it.  The goody-goody liberal chick has an ugly ass boyfriend, who just so happens to be a liberal goody-goody.  The hot chick wears a thong, but it barely shows, and this girl, unlike the girl from "Degrassi", is a whore.  Yeah, that's right, she acts how she looks.  There's this really nice guy in my "Degrassi" spinoff, but he doesn't have a girlfriend.  Every girl he knows thinks he's "cute" and "sweet", but won't go out with him because he doesn't smoke weed or have lots of money, and he doesn't want to have wild, raunchy sex.  Oh yeah, I forgot something,  He also doesn't have a girlfriend because he respects girls, and girls like reverse psychology.

The next person to tell me that their life is like a degrassi episode gets a chicken chili crispito in the face.
